The election poling or misty rain did not effect the turn out for the “2007 Tom Hogan Lexus Owners Golf Challenge” which took place in the Galway Golf Club last Thursday 24th May.
With over eighty Lexus Owners in attendance, the day of golfing was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The overall winner of the 18-hole singles stablefort competition was Barry Cunningham with John Higgins coming second and Willie Greaney and Fintan Coogan third and fourth. The Longest Drive and Nearest the Pin winners were Eugene Doyle and Ann Kitt.
The winning twelve participants from the Tom Hogan Lexus Golf outing will now qualify to play in the “Lexus Owners Golf Challenge Final” taking place in Mount Juliet Golf Club, Kilkenny on August 23rd 2007.
The day was nicely rounded off by drinks and dinner in the Clubhouse and the presentation of prizes by Mark Teevan, Managing Director of Lexus Ireland and Declan O’Halloran, Managing Director of The Tom Hogan Motor Group.
